Generate Fixed Claims {FPRIC-2}

This program allows the batch creation of future fixed monthly claims, i.e. those cases where a fixed monthly amount has been entered in the Secondary Appointment Contract {PAOP-2}.

Claims created in this way may be queried and modified with Maintain Claims {FPRIC-1}

Other influencing factors:

The system will generate claims for cycles smaller than a person's end date (if any),as long as the maximum amount is not exceeded, after taking all copied Claims without Status (C)ancelled into account.
Existing future claims, which may have been entered manually in Maintain Claims {FPRIC-1}, will not be modified.

1	Secondary Appointment Contracts active in the payroll cycles, as in the user selection, where the Monthly Claim Amount is recorded (and greater than zero).

Processing Rules
1	The Salary Level entered on the Secondary Appointment Contract is used for the Claim, unless a Claim already exists for the Secondary Appointment Contract with the same Salary Level in the same cycle, in which case the Salary Level is incremented. If the Salary Level is incremented beyond the End Salary Level for Claims (Refer to Payroll Appointment Type Rules {FPRG-10}), the claim will not be created and an error message will be printed.

The Salary Level entered on the Secondary Appointment Contract is used for the Claim, unless a Claim already exists for the Secondary Appointment Contract with the same Salary Level in the same cycle, in which case the Salary Level is incremented.

If the Salary Level is incremented beyond the End Salary Level for Claims (Refer to Payroll Appointment Type Rules {FPRG-10}), the claim will not be created and an error message will be printed.
