In this two TAB option the use may link Account types to the Qualification and/or Subjects of the qualifications and are use in the student free transactions. This account type form part of the account type options that lead to the account type that will have the students fee transactions
This block is a subset of the data in Qualifications {SACADO-1}.
The user is only allowed to update the field Account Type, the rest of the maintenance of these records is done in Qualifications {SACADO-1}.
The linking of account types to qualifications is option, also read account type options that lead to the account type that will have the students fee transactions
The client have the following option if account type needs to be define on this level.| Field | Type & Length |

| Academic Year | (YYYY) | Query the applicable year. |
| Qualification Code and Name | A6+A30 | Query the Qualification Code. The qualification name will display on the next field after the user executes a query. |
| Active | A1 | Valid values are Y/N (Yes/No). A display field only. Is the qualification active or not. |
| Account Type | A4 | The Account Type for the qualification and academic year as define in option {FSAC-21} for the subsystem SD and the show indicator is show. A <List of Values> is available.. This is the only field in this block that is updateable. |
| Without a column heading | A1 | Display field only. If an asterisk (*) appears it means that this qualification’s subjects have different account types define in the next TAB. |
| Description | A30 | Display field only. The name of the account type will display after the query is executed or committed. |

The client have the following option if account type needs to be define on this level.The system will do a automatic query of the subjects for the active record in the previous TAB when the user navigate to this TAB.
