Functions called from package i20pkg.sql

This package contains functions that are used to determine academic application eligibility on {SNAPPA-1/3}. The package is called from {SNAPPAA-5} and used to extablish the eligibility of an applicant as defined in the entry requirements on {SNAPPAC-5} such as gender, student type and field of learning.

The Application status to be inserted must be defined on {SCODE-26} and linked to and event on {SCAO1-6}
