Personnel development plans or Assessments {P000010-6}

Individual assessments or personal development plans are setup by HR where Individuals can indicate which courses they are interested in attending.
This consists of a set of questions, which if answered by personnel, will give HR a good idea of what courses should be scheduled for personnel to attend. This Creates an on line platform where personnel can complete/submit individual development plans, the information extracted from these plans will be used by the HR users to determine which courses/ training must be presented and Data is captured on line which takes away the admIn work from the HR/Training department.
The HR department can monitor who has not completed the assessments (individual development plans) which consists of a set of questions set up by HR to extract information from personnel.
Questions regarding training requirements in individual development plans can be customized for specific groups of personnel based on their ranks, the occupational level of their posts or appointment types. The setup of the personal development plans and questionnaires are done on {PSDOP1-1} to {PSDOP1-4}.

Assessments are generated for specific personnel on {PSDOP1-7}, which will notify personnel that assessments are awaiting their attention on the iEnabler on line platform. Completed assessments can be queried in the back office and data can be extracted from the assessments by HR in {PSDOP1-8}.

Once all the assessments has been answered, HR now has the ability on the system to extract the information of only approved assessments or all and for specific questions and answers to determine which courses are mostly in demand.

Routing setup for the assessments must be done in order to notify Personnel and allow Approval of assessments or personnel development plans.
This is the 1st phase where data is gathered regarding personnel needs for training and because this is done on an on line platform, it eliminates a huge amount of work for the HR department.
