Service Record Indicators {PACS-28}

This screen allows the definition of various reasons for resignation, promotion, etc.

Service Record Indicators are recorded on the Service Records {PBOP-2} of employees and are used in the following reports:

Fields in the option:

Panel Box 1: Service Record Indicators.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A2	A unique code for this indicator.
Description	A30	A meaningful description, e.g. “Retrenched”, “Resigned”, etc.
Equity Status	A1	Users can supply the appropriate status from the <LIST OF VALUES>. This code is used in “Service Record” {PBOP-2}, where the descriptioncan be updated.
Equity Status Description		Once the equity status is selected the description will default.
