This Menu Option is used to define the selection commitee composition required per Post Cloassification & Rank/Grade.
When applying through the iEnabler functionality for a post to beadvertised on eRecruitment, SOD 'RT' {GCS-2-11} determines if the selection committee Requirements as defined on this code Structure are displayed or not.
If displayed it is mandatory for the manager requesting the post to be advertised, to assign a staff member into each role type. Staff members may also be manually linkedto the Advert/Post code {PERO-1}

| Rank | A5 | Enter a valid rank code or select a rank code using the LOV as defined in {PACS-2}. The rank Code may differ from the grade of the Post (optional). Mandatory for either From and To Grade OR Rank Code to be entered. |
| From Grade | A2 | Enter a valid grade code, or select a Grade Code using the LOV as defined in {PPJC-2} Mandatory for either From and To Grade OR Rank Code to be entered. |
