Reason for not lifting iEnabler Leave On-Hold Code Structure {PLCS-8} 


This menu option is used to create and maintain the Code Structure of the Reasons used when iEnabler Leave Applications
{P00004-1} are placed On-Hold {P00004-7}.

This is defined on the Leave Type {PLCS-2}.


When requirements are not met, one of the actions below may be taken by the Leave Administrator for which they are required to enter a Reason Code, as defined in this Menu Option.

1 – Update Leave Type
2 – Reject Leave
3 – Request Additional Documentation

This is a hard coded static list of values consisting of the following Actions that require a Reason:

1- Update Leave Type

  • This allows the Leave Type applied for by the applicant, to be changed by HR to the correct Leave Type
  • An automated email notification, using Routing Type ‘WLH1 – O/HOLD LEAVE - UPDATE LEAVE TYPE’ may be sent if defined on {GROU-1}

2 – Reject Leave

  • This allows the Leave Application to be rejected by HR
  • An automated email notification, using Routing Type ‘WLH2 – O/HOLD LEAVE – REJECT LEAVE’ may be sent if defined on {GROU-1}

3 – Request Additional Documentation

  • This allows HR to request additional supporting documentation from the applicant for the leave application submitted.  The applicant may upload  the required documentation (iEnabler Leave Applications {P00004-1} with an automated email from the applicant notifying HR (Routing Type ‘WLH4 – O/HOLD LEAVE – EE UPLOADED DOC)
  • An automated email notification using Routing Type ‘WLH3 – O’HOLD LEAVE – REQ ADD DOCS’ may be sent if defined on {GROU-1}
Code A4 A unique Reason Code. (Mandatory)
Description A80 The description of the Reason Code (Mandatory).
Inactive Date D11 The date from which the Code is inactive and may not be used.
