Staff KPA {PPMO-2}

At the performance agreement/planning stage for the year, staff are able to select the Key Performance Areas (KPA), Performance Objectives/Activities (KPO) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from the predefined lists. Staff can also define performance gaps (PGAP) against their Personal Development Plan (PDP).

Staff are able to setup their Performance Agreement by specifying their KPAs, Activities/Objectives(KPO) and KPIs.
Code structures for KPA
{PPJC-3}, KPO {PPJC-4}  and KPI {PPMC-3} are setup by HR.
If Performance Management Config {PPMC-1}Limits have been defined for KPAs (PMKL), Activities (PMAL) or KPIs (PMIL) then only the limited records will be allowed to be setup.
Staff can define a weighting for each KPA which must total 100% across all KPAs which needs to be configured on
{PPMC-1}.
Staff are able to define a means of verification (free form text) against each KPI, along with a priority between 1 and 5, a timeframe (a start and end date), as well as the resource required (e.g. Finance, Human, Physical) to accomplish this KPI. Staff are also able to capture a comment against each KPI.
KPA's defined against the Job Profile cannot be deleted, however can be set to 'Not Applicable' for the current Agreement/Year.
