Enrolment Details {S00004-24}

This option is used to view/print the student enrolment details for the current registration year.

Student must have record on the the following menu options in order for data to be displayed to the students.

{SREGB-1} Biographical Information
{SCODE-21} Maintain Occupation Codes. The occupation code must be linked to student on {SREGB-1} for the occupation description to print.
{SREG-4} Residence Registrations/Movements
{SREGB-10} Disabilities
{FBLO-4} Maintain Applicant Bursary Detail
{SSTUDY-21} Details of Registration / Results of a student

Example:

Processing Rules
	If student is linked to multiple disabilities on option {SREGB-10}, then all disabilities will print.
	The residence name will only print if the student has a residence registration on option {SREG-4} where 'Academic Year' is the same as the registration year and 'Date out' is NULL or less than the system date.
