POPI Act {S00031-10}

The POPI (Protection of Personal Information) Act needs to first be accepted before the applicant can continue with application on {S00031-20} Returning Students Application.

Document displayed

On {SLLL-1} Create a new document that can be a text only document or it can refer to a pdf document stored in directory web/itsdocs. (Similar to Registration Rules and Regulations on iEnabler).
Link document code to process event code 'PO - POPI Act Documentation' on {STWEBM-7}.

I Accept button

On {SCODE-22} Create a certificate code with 'Insert' = No.
Link Certificate Code to Process Event Code 'PP - POPI Act Certificate Indicator' on {STWEBM-7}.
When the applicant accept the POPI Act the certificate seen record will be created on {SREGB-8}.

The POPI Act note can be changed on {GOPS-8} TAB - 'Client Customisation for Client' and Text Code 'NTE_00100 . If the user does not enter a customised text on this tab then the default system text 'POPI Act notes for returning student applications' will show.
