When a student’s Annual Results (overall results) are calculated in option {SSTUD4-7}, the system will use the Criteria in this menu option to determine the Result Code that must be allocated.

| Academic Year | YYYY | The Academic Year to which the
Criteria applies. Field is mandatory when searching. |
| Qualification Code | A6 | The Qualification Code to which the Criteria applies {SACADO-1}. The Qualifiction description is displayed. |
| Offering Type | A2 | The Offering Type for the Qualification {SACADO-2}. The Offering type description is displayed. |
| Study Period | A1 | The Study Period for the Qualification {SACADO-5}. The Study period description is displayed. |
| Low Limit | N3 | The Lowest Mark at which the Result is valid. |
| High Limit | N3 | The Highest Mark at which the Result is valid. |
| Result Code | A2 | A valid Result code, as per option {SCODE-23}, must be supplied. The Result description and Pass/Fail indicator will be displayed. |
