Students At Risk - Detail {SSTUDTR-16}

This report is used to display the detail on students linked on Maintain Students at Risk {SSTUDTO-2} as defined on {SSTUDTC-3}. The detail will be displayed according to:

all possible Status Codes on {SSTUDTC-2}.

Other influencing factors :

The report will be extracted onto EXCEL, but an csv file will also be created on the directory according to the set up for the combination System = 'STUD' and function "STSSD' on {SSTUDTM-4}.

Users will only be allowed to view data for which the role defined on {SSTUDTM-1} falls within the Level, Institution, Faculty or Department the user is linked to*.

Enter File Name	A80	The Actual File Name is Entered here, will default to {SSTUDTM-4., but may be changed. to another *.csv file name.

Sort Order	Per	Comments
	Per Campus Code, Faculty Code, Department Code of the Subject, Qualification Code, Study Period and Risk Code.

System Select
	Detail of all risk detail according to the different status codes on which a record exists.

Processing Rules
	* Program selects a summary of all detail at risk for the Academic Year, Faculty, Department and Personnel Number entered. The Role level on {SSTUDTM-1} will also affect the detail as indicated
