Student Registration Validation Control {STWEBM-3}

In order to allow students to register via the iEnabler, students must be linked to Status codes that are linked to Action 'WR'. This option is used to link a batch of students to be able to register.

Validation 'WR' WEB Validate Web Registrations should be set to 'Y' on {SMNT-1} for this program to work.
Validation 'WC' WEB Academic Admissions will determine if only students linked on {SNAPPA-3} may be linked or if both applicants and registered students may be linked
Status codes can be linked to Action 'WR' Allow Web Registration using {STWEBM1-1} Student Exclusion Status Codes.
Event 'A8' WR Status End Date on {STWEBM-7} is used to define the end date to be inserted.

You may extend registration BEFORE the current end date has been reached.
You may update the end date to a date in the past if you need to close the registration period.

Include already Marked Students (Y)es / [N]o?		If 'Y', then program will select all students per input parameters. The program will print message ‘Already Marked for Enrolment’ for students with an active status record {STWEBM-9}, that is linked to action 'WR' and will count these students under ‘Number of Student Records Ignored’ If 'N', then program will only select students with no active status record {STWEBM-9}, that is linked to action 'WR and will count these students under ‘Number of Records Processed’.

Update the Existing End Date to alter the Registration Period	A1	If you want to extend registration BEFORE the current end date has been reached. E.g. If the current date is 27-Feb-2023, and the end date specified on {STWEBM-8} A8 is 28-Feb-2023, {STWEBM-3} could not be used to extend the date because the current record is still active. If this prompt is set to 'N', the student record remains unchanged If this prompt is set to 'Y' the end date of the WR status record will be updated to the date specified. If the date on event A8 is empty, the end date will not be updated.

System Select
Registered Students	Students where the year of the qualification is equal to the input year. If a value is entered to include a number of registration years prior to the input year, students registered for those years will be included. Qualification is not cancelled. Rest of the "User Selection" supplied.
Applicants only	Condition: Validation 'WC' is set to 'N' in {SMNT-1}. Students where the year of the application is the same as the input year. Application is not cancelled. Rest of the "User Selection" supplied.
Applicants only	Condition: Validation 'WC' is set to 'Y' in {SMNT-1}. Students where the year of the application is the same as the input year. Application status, linked to the student's application {SNAPPA-3}, should lead to an "Admit" status {SCODE-26}. Application is not cancelled. Rest of the "User Selection" supplied.

Processing Rules
	If “Update the existing end date to alter Registration Period” is set to 'Y' The program will NOT update the end date on {STWEBM-9} if the date on {STWEBM-7} for Process Event A8 is null. The program will update the end date to a future date if you need to extend the registration period or to a date in the past if you need to close the registration period.
