Retirement Fund Tax Harmonisation was introduced with effect from 01-Mar-2016 and is applicable to South African clients only.
This Menu Option exports the Retirement Fund Membership details for
each employee (valid at the date entered in the Batch Prompt), as
defined on the Retirement Fund Member’s Structure {PAOP-10} or {FPRI-15}.
The information exported can either be used for reporting purposes or when there is a bulk update to do of the Retirement Fund Component and /or Fund Category and /or Fund Factor. Once exported, the information can be updated in an Excel Spreadsheet, converted to a csv file and then imported back into the Retirement Fund Member’s Structure {PAOP-10} or {FPRI-15}, using Import Retirement Fund Member’s Structure {PAOP-12} or {FPRI-17} to ease the burden of doing manual capturing.
