Applicant Score Results - Additional Questionnaires {PERA-3}


This menu option provides HR with a view of the Answers submitted by an Applicant for the Additional Questions linked per Group, to an Advert placed on eRecruitment and the score achieved by the applicant for each answer given.  Scores are calculated from the  scoring criteria defined for the Answer / Group, set for the Advert.

Block 1:  Applicant Score Results

This menu option is NOT updateable and records my only be queried.

Length		 Description
Advert Code A10 Only Advert Codes where there is at least 1 Applicant will be displayed in the LOV.
Advert Start Date D11 (DD-MON-YYYY). TThe Start Date of the Advert placed on eRecruitment {PERO-1}
Advert End Date D11 (DD-MON-YYYY). The End Date of the Advert placed on eRecruitment {PERO-1}
Post Code & Post Description DISPLAY The Post and Description, linked to the Advert Code {PERC-2}
Applicant DISPLAY The Applicant Number and Full Name {PERA-1}
Total Score N4 The programmatically calculated total score for all answers submitted.  This is calculated from the score allocated to the possible answers {PERC-5}
Application Status A1 The Application Status of the Applicant is displayed {PERS-1}

Description DISPLAY The Question Group Code Description as defined on {PERC-3}  
Sequence DISPLAY The sequence number in which the Question Groups will be displayed for the Advert on eRecruitment
Score DISPLAY The total possible score an applicant may achieve for the Question Group
