menu option is used to send an automated
email notification to applicants who applied for a position and have
been
Shortlisted to confirm their interview details as defined in {PERS-4}.
Applicants
with an Application
Status ‘F’
Shortlisted, Interview in Progress will be selected and when run in
Update
Mode, their Application Status will be updated to ‘C
‘ Shortlisted interview
notification sent {PERS-1}
Routing
Type 'PER4'
(Applicant Email Notification) {GROU-1}
is used for the email notification, the email address for each
applicable
applicant who meets the criteria above, is selected from the applicants
details
{PERA-1}.

written to Seq0 of the email notification.
These details may be used when defining the email contents.
