Student at Risk Summary Report Download {PL0001-19}

This report is used to display the summary of students linked on Maintain Students at Risk {SSTUDTO-2} as defined on {SSTUDTC-3}. The detail will be displayed according to:

all possible Status Codes on {SSTUDTC-2} for which a value exists on {SSTUDTO-1}.

The same option may be accessed in the back-office on {SSTUDTR-15}.

Users will only be allowed to view data for which the role defined on {SSTUDTM-1} falls within the Level, Institution, Faculty or Department the user is linked to.*

Academic Year	N4	Enter the Academic Year for Selection
Faculty Code or ALL	N4	The Faculty Code of the Qualification
Department Code or ALL	N4	The Department Code of the Qualification.
Staff Number	N9	Only Valid Personnel Number will be Displayed and be Available for Selection.

Sort Order	Per	Comments
	Per Campus Code, Faculty Code, Department Code of the Qualification, Qualification Code, Study Period, Risk Code and Personnel Number.

System Select
	* Program selects a summary of all detail at risk for the Academic Year, Faculty, Department and Personnel Number entered. The Role level on {SSTUDTM-1} will also affect the detail as indicated
