Performance Financial at Risk Report Download {PL0001-20}

This report is used to display detail on students linked on Maintain Students at Risk {SSTUDTO-2} for 'F'inancial Risks linked to the Risk Level Indicator = 'F' on {SSTUDTC-3}. The detail will be displayed according to:

all possible Status Codes on {SSTUDTC-2}, and
the Personnel Role access on {SSTUDTM-1}, Full Access Y or No and Institution/Faculty or Department level.

On full access = 'Y' , the personnel requesting the report will be able to view all students within the Institution/Faculty or Department level linked, irrespective whether the student is linked to him on {SSTUDTO-2}.
On full access = 'N' , the personnel requesting the report will ONLY be able to view all students within the Institution/Faculty or Department level linked to him on {SSTUDTO-2}.

Other influencing factors :

The report will be extracted onto EXCEL, but an csv file will also be created on the directory according to the set up for the combination System = 'STUD' and function "STSFA' on {SSTUDTM-4}.

This option may be accessed in the back office from {SSTUDTR-10}.

Processing Rules
	This program create a csv file on the directory as defined on menu and option {SSTUDTM-4} for system 'STUD' and function 'STSFA' Data is selected from {SSTUDTO-2} TAB: Risk Detail per Student where risk type is 'F'. Above Average Performers These are students at risk with average Year Mark or Exam Mark or Final Mark greater than the average of the group. Below Average Performers These are students at risk where average Year Mark or Exam Mark or Final Mark of student is less than the average of the group.
	The personnel must have a record on {PBOP-1} or be in service {PBOP-2} for the data to show on the file. If the personnel selected is linked to level 'I' on {SSTUDTM-1} then student records for all faculties will print. If the personnel selected is linked to level 'F' then only statistics for the specific faculty will print. If the personnel selected is linked to level 'D' then only statistics for the specific department will print.
