next personnel number when a new personnel member or applicant is
recorded. The value in this field will then be stepped up to the next

This number will be allocated as the next eRecruitment post advert code, in the eRecruitment System {PMAIN-12}. It is automatically incremented by the system if code 'EA' on {GOPS-22} is set to 'Y' in the Advert Design option, else the post advert code is manually created by the user in the Advert Design option.
