These codes are used when subject enrolments or the total enrolment of a student is cancelled.
This is done under options {SREGC-3} or {SREGC-4}.

| Code | A1 | A unique user-defined Code to identify the reason for the student cancellation. |
| Cancellation Reason | A30 | The actual Cancellation Reason. |
| Show | A1 | (Y)es or a (N)o is entered here. In the case of
cancelled enrolments where this indicator is set to (N)o, the printing
of such enrolments on academic records will be suppressed (for example
on report {SSTURA-2}). It is suggested that at least one (N)o
type code be created to be used in cases where cancellations are
required due to administrative errors. |
| Pass Full Credit | A1 | The user can select either (Y)es or (N)o. If a cancellation is processed and a cancellation reason is used where this field is (Y)es, the cancellation credits {as defined in {FSAM-31} will be ignored and a 100% credit will be writting to the student account. If (N)o, only the percentage defined on the applicable cancellation credit {FSAM-31} will be credited against the student account. |
