Print Practice Exams Outcome {SEPRAC-4} 


This program will be used to print Practical Examination outcomes as well as comparing the eventual result that the student has achieved in the NZQA exam.

   Enter the Block Code or ALL A2  Block of the student.  LOV is vailable.
   Enter Offering Type or ALL A2  Offering Type of the student.  LOV is available.
   Include External Standards A1  Standards as setup in {SACAD-18} and linked to subjects in {SACADO-10}.  If  the selection = 'N' prompt 'Evaluation Code or ALL' will be displayed.
   Evaluation Code or ALL A1  As linked to the subject in {SACAD-14} field 'Evaluation Code'.  LOV is available. 
   Will the Student attend External Exams (Y)es/(N)o A1  As linked to the subject for the student in {SSTUD1-6}.

  • Setup SOD - {SMNT-12}.  Code = 'MP', Subsystem = 'SR', Alpha / Date field = Create a special Mark Type to record PE outcomes {SSTUD3-7}.
  • Subject must be linked to a bundle.
  • Only subjects linked as a standard, and the NQF level is not null will be selected.  {SACADO-10}.
  • Assessment field {SACAD-18} = 'E' - External'
  • The Practise Exam Marktype will only have one assessment.  {SSTUD3-7}.
  • If no results exist for student print 'No Result'.
