Fees Information Letters {SNZQAR-2}

Print documents with all the fees information for students who may register at the External Examination Authority (eg. NZQA) for examinations.

Process to follow to enable the use of this option:

	Setup:
1	Setup the letter group code in {GMNT-5} or {GMNT-14} to be used when the documents are generated for this option.
2	Link this group code as the default stylesheet to this option in {USERS-1} Tab 'Report Output Formats'.
3	Setup System Operational Definitions on {SMNT-12}: FL for subsystem SR - External Fees Info Letter Code This SOD indicates that the coded data field 1, linked to the service request, needs to be updated when the program is execute with this option.
	Operational:
1	Create 'External Exam Registration' service request for students with {SNZQAR-1}.

Coded data field 1, 'NZQA Fees Information Letter generation Date', on the student's 'External Exam Registration' service request for the year, in option {SSTUDS-3}, will be populated with date when this letter is generated for the student.
