Is this a (T)rial or (F)inal Run | A1 | A Trial run will produce a list of all applicants showing both criteria that match and criteria that do not match for the student. The report indicates which students matched all criteria. A Final run will record all students who matched the criteria against the bursary and amounts can now be allocated to these students. A Trial run for the specified bursary cannot be done once a final run has been done. A final run can however be run again, provided the bursary completion date on the bursary definition {FBLO-1} has not been entered, and will allow the user to delete previous records where no allocations (awards) have been made.
Is this Run for a (S)ingle Student or (M)ultiple Students |
A1 | If the selection is for a (S)ingle student, the program will prompt the user to enter a single student number. If the selection is for (M)ultiple students, the program will move on to the Bursary/Loan Year prompt and prompt you for a Start/End Student Number after the Bursary/Loan Block Code.
Student Number | N9 | Student number.
Bursary/Loan Year | YYYY | This year determines which applicants must be considered for matching as specified in {FBLO-4}.
Bursary/Loan Block Code | A2 | This block code determines which applicants must be considered for matching as specified in {FBLO-4}.
Start/End Student Number | N9 | Range of student numbers for the (M)ultiple selection of students.
(U)nsuccessful Applicants or ALL | A1 | (U)nsuccessful Applicants or (A)ll. This will determine whether all the applicants will be listed or only those who were unsuccessful. This parameter only applies to a Trial run.
Bursary/Loan Code | A7 | This determines the range of bursary codes that must be used in the
matching process. For a Trial run only one Bursary/Loan code is
entered. |
