Capture Timesheet Information {FPRIT-1}


This option is used to capture time sheet information for personnel paid weekly. This information is used to generate Individual Earnings {FPRI-2} for these personnel members using Generate PR Transactions {FPRIT-3}.


Fields in the option:

Person Number N9 The program will validate that only weekly paid personnel are used.
This field may be left blank if the Appointment Type (next field) is entered.
Appointment Type N2 The program will validate that only Appointment Types {PACS-1} with Pay Frequency "Weekly" is used.
This field is mandatory if Person Number is not entered.
Year YYYY Individual Earnings will be generated by Generate Payroll Transactions {FPRIT-3} for this year.
Week Number N2 Individual Earnings {FPRI-2} will be generated by Generate Payroll Transactions {FPRIT-3} for the Payroll Cycle {FPRM-21} indicated by this week number.
ED Code  A4 The program will validate that only Earning / Deduction Codes {FPRG-6} that are active on the system date, with a value in the Hourly Factor field are used.
This Earning Code will be used by Generate Payroll Transactions {FPRIT-3} when Individual Earnings {FPRI-2} is created.
Factor N6.3 The Hourly Factor entered on the definition of the Earning / Deduction Type {FPRG-6} will display here.

Block 2:  Timesheet Information.

This block is used to capture the actual hours; the rest of the information is determined by the E / D Code selected in block 1 and the hourly rate determined on FPRI-1 block 2.

Person N9 Personnel Number.
The field is not updateable.
Name   The Title, Initials and Surname will display.
Hourly Rate   The Timesheet Rate, entered in the Fixed Salary Detail {FPRI-1} of the person, displays in this field.
Hours N6.2 The number of hours worked may be entered here.
Total Amount N15.2 The Total Amount is calculated as the product of: the Hours, the Hourly Rate (Time Sheet Rate), and the Hourly Factor (of the Earning) in the Control Block.
