Overview of the iEnabler Payslips { P00005-25}

This option provides the facility for Personnel Members to access their own current and history payslips.

The availability of the options may be set up in the business process driver {PWEBM-1},{PWEBM-2}. The second method of de-activating the option is to take away select privileges in {USERS-2}.

1. After clicking on Remuneration Detail {PMAIN-14}, once the PIN has been successfully entered and validated the Personnel Member may continue by clicking on the ‘View Payslip’ Button.

2. Event Type ‘V’ {FPRM-2} controls the cycle of the Payslip which will be automatically displayed to the Personnel Member in addition to the cycles of previous Payslips that may be accessed by the Personnel Member.
In order for a payslip to be viewed for a cycle, a salary calculation must have been run for the Personnel Member and salary transactions must exist for that person on the salary transaction table. In addition, the cycle /calculation number /sequence number must have been closed i.e. a ‘Q’ record must have been generated {FPRM-3}.

The Month /Year defined for Event Type ‘V’ represents the current cycle of the Payslip to be automatically displayed i.e. if Month /Year is set to 08 2016 then August 2016 Payslip will be displayed.
The Start Date defined for Event Type ‘V’ represents how far back, history Payslips may be viewed i.e. if Start Date is set to 01-Mar-2016 then history Payslips may be viewed from the current cycle (August 2016) until March 2016.

3. Where history payslips are available to be displayed (i.e. salary transaction/s exist, ‘Q’ record/s exist for the cycle /salary calculation number /sequence number and Event Type ‘V’ Start Date allows), a ‘Previous’ Button will be displayed. The Personnel Member may click on this button to access the history payslips for each cycle allowed.

4. The ‘Next’ Button allows the Personnel Member to return to the current month’s payslip.

5. Payslips may also be printed.

6. A Personnel Member may only access their own payslip. Should there be employees who do not have access to iEnabler, their payslips may be printed from {FPRN-8} and distributed to them. To print for a selected group of employees only, the employees can be linked to a Personnel Indicator and that Personnel Indicator specified in the Batch Prompts when printing {FPRN-8}.

7. There are six different payslips stylesheets available.The stylesheet required must be linked to SOD 'P7' {FPRM-9}, default stylesheet is F8403PDF.
