This program is used to define restriction rules to be applied to restrict the number of days leave an employee may apply for, based on the number of years/months in service. This is particularly useful in the first month of service when an employee is not yet legible for leave.
The restriction is applied to iEnabler Leave Applications {P00004-1} and the iEnabler Leave Calendar applications {P00004-8}. A warning is played when leave is captured in the back office on {PLOP-1}.
The Leave Package may be linked to
the Appointment Types which may be used when determining the Employee
continuous Service Period in order to determine if the restriction
applies. If not defined the entire continuous service period (Months +
Years) will be determined using all appointment types.
