Batch Create Qualification Results {SSTUD7-3}

This program will create qualification awarded records in bulk in {SSTUD7-12} Qualification results.

The following is required to generate records in bulk in {SSTUD7-12}:

Default ceremony detail on {SSTUD8-1}.
The students annual result should be a ‘P’ type which is created on {SCODE-23} and 'Use Qual Awarded' should be set up to be used for graduation.
If a student is linked to action code ‘QA - Prevent creation of Qual Awarded’ or ‘QR - Subj Result and Qual awarded not Allowed’, the system will not create qualification results.
Default criteria for the Qualification type on {SCODE3-1}
- If 'Will a certificate be issued' is Yes, the Certificate Number will be updated.
- If 'Will there be a Formal Ceremony'' is Yes, the date on which the qualification will be awarded will be updated.
If an institution works with Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), the range for the CGPA results must be defined on {SSTUDE-7} Classification of Awards per Qualification type.

The Input parameter '' Use (A)nnual Result or C(G)PA for Qualification Result" = 'G' can be used to specify if Annual or Award result should be used.

The report will show if no default ceremony / criterion has been set up for a qualification.

Error file on missing default ceremony detail on {SSTUD8-1} or missing classification detail for CPGA functionality on {SSTUD3-2 } Tab - Classification . The ranges must be defined for A(W)ard type when using Use (A)nnual Result or C(G)PA for Qualification Result = G in the input parameter.
