Schedule paper on Exam Timetable? A1 This field was added to determine if an Exam Paper must be included in download of the CELCAT-ITS Interface for the Exam Timetable. This is done in {SCELETT-1}.
  • If a 'Y' is entered, the paper will be included
  • whereas a 'N' will exclude the paper
  • If this field is NULL (empty) and the SOD = PS/SR on {SMNT-12} is (Y)es, all these exam papers will be included. If N(o), these exam papers will be excluded
The reason for excluding exam papers, may be in the case of Continuous Assessment subjects which do not write exams, or Practical exams that does not need to be scheduled on the Exam Timetable. For Practical exams individual arrangements can be made with students with regard to date, time and place.

This field cannot be set to 'Y' while the Exam Mark Weight field is equal to zero.

This feature is not included in the ITS Exam Timetable generate report in {SEXAMT-7} Create a Timetable.
