Assignment Information {PL0001-6}

This option is used to capture/view assignment marks as linked to bundles on {TASKS1-2}. If question marks for an assignment were defined on {TASKS1-31} the user can enter marks on Question level. This is used when different lecturers are involved in marking different questions on the same assignment.

When the marks are entered and the ‘Save’ button is clicked, the result as defined on {SSTUD3-7} Assessment Result criteria, will default.

If an assignment is a competence based assessment, only results as defined on {SSTUD3-1} Default Criteria for Calculation in the fields ‘Result for Competence’ and ‘Result for not yet competent’ may be entered. The exemption filed may also be inserted but no marks.

The detail can also be viewed on {TASKS1-2} and if the logged in lecturer is also defined as a user on {USERS-5}, the create user will be populated with the user code. If the lecturer is not a user as well the create user will be ‘WEB’.

If an Assessment is a Re-Submission and a Maximum Mark for Re-Assessment on {SSTUDE-1} is specified, the Mark entered may not be > the Mark specified. If the Marks are entered on Question level the Mark accumulated may not be greater than the Maximum Mark for Re-Assessment.).  If the System Operational Definitions are defined the following personnel will be able to access the Student Data:
