Overview of the Time Logging System {PMAIN-10}

This subsystem provides the facility to record time spent by personnel members by project and task and to generate Individual Payroll Earnings {FPRI-2} and Debtor Invoices {FARO-1}, based on the recorded time.

1. Different Timesheet Projects {PACS1-6} may be defined. 
• A project may be linked to a Debtor {FARO-21} and an Account Type {FCSC-21} for the purpose of generating Invoices {FARO-1}.
2. The Personnel Members that are involved in a Project is indicated in the "Personnel and Tasks per Project" - tab of Timesheet Projects {PACS1-6}.
• A personnel member may log time against different Tasks {PSDCS-4} for a Project, and for each Task the Charge-Out Amount (used when Invoices are generated) and the Pay Rate (used when Individual Payroll Earnings are generated) may be indicated.
3. Time Sheets {P00011-10} is available under Claims {P00003-6} in the Personnel iEnabler {P00000-2} to allow Personnel Members to log their time.
4. Alternatively, Logs of Time Spent may be entered through Time Spent per Person/Project/Task {PBOPT-1} by back-office personnel.
