Extract Full Period Marks  {SEDLES-4} 


This option is used to extract Year marks, Practical Marks ,Internal marks and Subject attendance factor according to the schedule set by the Department of Education as part of the Electronic Data Link to the Examination System (EDLES). The Department will process all marks and make a control file available to the colleges that captured the marks.

Example:  Core mark differs - when the subject is linked in the Curriculum {SACADO-17} to the same subject type 'C%' , the mark type mark for the subjects the student has been registered for, must be the same. If it differs the report will indicate the mark type mark is not the same. If one of the subjects linked does not have a mark it will reported as outstanding with the subject code specified.
