Query Student Qualification Information {SSTUDA-1}

Within this option the user will only be allowed to 'search' for students qualification records. This is a display only workflow.

Within the 'Search Qualification' panel box the user will be able to do a search on either the 'Student Number', 'Qualification', 'Start Year', 'Block Code', and 'Offering Type' or different combinations of all.

Refer to the 'Operation Manual' for a more in depth explanation on how to use the 'Search' panel box.

The following data will be displayed in the 'Qualification' panel box:

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student Number	N9	The system displays the student number here if the student was queried in the first Block.
Qualification	A6	The code and description of the Qualification for which the student was enrolled.
Description	A40	The description of the qualification.
Start Year (of Registration)	YYYY	A student’s registration period may be longer than one calendar year. The start year displayed will be according to the values entered in census dates option {GOPS-1}.
Block Code	A2	The academic block of this registration.
Offering Type	A2	The code and description of the Offering Type for which the student was enrolled.
Study Period	N1	The study period of the qualification.
Primary	A1	This indicates whether this is the student’s primary qualification or not.
Qualification Number	N2	The number of the qualification assigned by the system.
Registration Date	DD-MON-YYYY	The actual date on which this registration record was entered on the system.
Annual Result	A2	The code of the Annual Result of the student, as entered under option {SSTUD7-2}, TAB - Student Annual Results, is displayed here. The Annual Result will not be displayed when the SOD value is (Y)es for subsystem 'SR', Code 'AE' {SMNT-12} and the suppress indicator is 'Y' on {SSTUDY-1} for cycle 'E' and Any of the subjects for the qualification record is in a cycle where the results are suppressed
Overall Mark	N4	The overall mark obtained for this period of study, as entered under option {SSTUD7-2}, TAB - Student Annual Results, is displayed here. The Overall Mark will not be displayed when the SOD value is (Y)es for subsystem 'SR', Code 'AE' {SMNT-12} and the suppress indicator is 'Y' on {SSTUDY-1} for cycle 'E' and Any of the subjects for the qualification record is in a cycle where the results are suppressed
Date Cancelled	DD-MON-YYYY	If the enrolment of the student was cancelled under option {SREGC-3), the date is displayed here.
Cancellation Reason	A1	The cancellation code indicating the reason for the above cancellation is displayed here.
Final Year	A1	A (Y)es or a (N)o is displayed here, indicating if the year of registration was the final year for this student.
CGPA		This is the minimum cumulative grade point average that a student should obtain before the qualification can be awarded.

Cumulative Credits Passed	N4	Value display from {SSTUD7-2}
Credit Point	N8.3	A display field indicating the qualification credit point value calculated from the subject credit points as defined in {SACADO-10}, according the rule on {SSTUD3-3}, TAB - Curriculum. The credit of a subject with a Pass result will be includeIBUCERd if the field GPA / SWA is set to 'Y'.
FTEN Status	A1	This status is calculated from data on the system under option {SREGS-2}. The values are: F First time entry. T Transfer student (from another institution). E Entering student (in this qualification). N Non-entering student. (refer STATS for detail)
End Year	YYYY	A student’s registration period may be longer than one calendar year. The end year displayed will be according to the values entered in census dates option {GOPS-1}.
Contract Code		The 'Contract Code' under which the student was registered for this qualification. See manual {SREGAR-1} for more information.
Contract Date		The 'Contract Code' under which the student was registered for this qualification. See manual {SREGAR-1} for more information.
Contractee		The debtor code that fulfills the role as contractee for this contract.
Contributing Employer		The contributing employer as the second payee for this contract.
SDR Assist Code		The SDR assistance code. This code is used in the statutory reporting in New Zealand
Student Type		The Student Type of the student. See manual {SREGAR-1} for more information.
