Identify Actual Graduates {STGRDOP-17}

This option identifies graduation applicants for the awarding of Qualifications.  The process is run after final results are calculated, and identifies all students that will be able to graduate at the end of the study period taking into account only actual study results.

In order to run these validations the following setups are required:
The update and report can be done for a Single student or for a Batch of students as per selection criteria.

Only Students that were identified by {STGRDOP-16} as Possible Graduates are evaluated.  Depending on the validation results, the status is changed to
The status of Graduation applicants can be viewed on {STGRDOP-18} Approve Graduation Application Results.
The same information is also available on {STGRDOP-7} Maintain Graduation Applicants.  The student results will still be subject to verification before awarding of the Qualification.
