Equity Statistics {PAOPR3-4}

This program may be used to report statistical personnel information for equity purposes. Please note, the option opens a second output file with the detail of the statistical report in comma-delimited text format from Integrator 3.

The equity reports require the following for a person to be included in the report:

A Personnel Biographical Record {PBOP-1} with the following information:

Valid Gender.

Valid Group.

A1	This User Selection Parameter will determine the row headings and how personnel are counted: If Standard (C)lassification of Occupation, by the Standard Classification of Occupation indicated on the Service Record {PBOP-2}, and if the field is not entered, the Standard Classification of Occupation on the Post {PACS-4} If Occupational Level, by the Occupational Level on the Rank {PACS-2} indicated on the Service Record {PBOP-2} If (T)ermination Category, by the Equity Status indicated on the Service Record Indicator {PACS-28} of the Service Record {PBOP-2}.
5a	If user selection parameter 5 is (C) Standard Classification of Occupation. (D)etail, Summary(2), Summary(3) or Summary(4) .	A1
6	Include personnel with (C)ore functions or (S)upport functions or (A)LL.	A1
7	Use Personnel (I)ndicator or (C)itizenship to identify Foreign Nationals.	A1	A person will be classed as a Foreign National if his/her citizenship country code on the Biographical Data {PBOP-1} differs from the country code or if a person is linked to a personnel indicator for foreign nationals.

System Select
1	For (W)orkforce profile, personnel who are in-service on the End Date as entered in the user selection. For (R)ecruitment, personnel with Service Records where the Start Date of the Service Record is between the Start- and End Date as entered in the user selection, but with no immediate preceding or following Service Record. For (P)romotions, personnel with Service Records where the Start Date of the Service Record is between the Start- and End Date as entered in the user selection, and where the Service Record Indicator {PACS-28} is linked to Equity Status (P)romotion. For (T)erminations, personnel with Service Records where the End Date of the Service Record is between the Start- and End Date as entered in the user selection, but with no immediate following Service Record. For (D)isciplinary Action, personnel with a record in Maintain Disciplinary Actions {PDOP-1} where the date is between the Start- and End Date as entered in the user selection and the Offence Code is indicated as type (D)isciplinary in the Maintain Codes {PDCS-1}. For (C) Training Received, personnel who were in-service between the Start- and End Date as in the user selection, and If training figures are obtained from the Skills Development System, a record in Course Participant Bookings {PSDOP-8} for Course Presentations that are Scheduled {PSDOP-6} to take place between the Start and End Dates as in the user selection. If training figures are obtained from a Personnel Indicator, all personnel linked to the Personnel Indicator {PBOP-22}, where Start and End Date of the Indicator is between the Start and the End Date as in the user selection. For (I)ncome Differentials, The sum of amounts for earnings and deductions that is part of the Earning/Deduction Group {FPRC-7} (user selection parameter 3), Included in salary transactions for payroll cycles between the Start- and End Date (user selection parameters 10 and 11), For personnel that was in-service on the End Date as entered in the user selection (user selection parameter 11).
2	If User Selection Parameter 4 "Report only on Personnel with Disabilities or All" is (D)isabilities, the program will include only personnel with one or more Physical Disabilities {PBOP-24}
3	External Code Conversions {GOPS-21} are used to to indicate whether an Appointment Type {PACS-1} is used for personnel with (C)ore or (S)upport functions. To do this, ensure that a record exists where the External Body is "DOL", the External Code Type is "COR", the Internal Code is the Appointment Type code, and the External Code is "C" for Core or "S" for Support
4	The program will always exclude personnel where the Equity Status on the Appointment Type {PACS-1} of the relevant Service Record {PBOP-2} is (O)ther.
5	Only personnel where the primary department on the Post {PACS-4} is one of the Department Codes {GCS-4} selected or is linked to the Faculty selected.

1	Permanent personnel are considered to be personnel for whom the Equity Status on the Appointment Type {PACS-1} of the relevant Service Record {PBOP-2} is set to (P)ermanent.
2	Note that only a total row for Non-Permanent personnel is reported (i.e. no subtotals per Occupational Category, Occupational Level or Termination Category).
3	If the value of user selection parameter 5 is "C - Report by Standard (C)lassification of Occupation", the row headings (and grouping of the figures) will be determined by the value of user selection parameter 5a "(D)etail, Summary(2), Summary(3) or Summary(4)" If the value is "D - (D)etail", grouping will be according to the Description of the Occupation Classification Code {PACS1-1} If the value is "2 - Summary(2)", grouping will be according to the Level 2 Summary - field of the Occupation Classification Code {PACS1-1} If the value is "3 - Summary(3)", grouping will be according to the Level 3 Summary - field of the Occupation Classification Code {PACS1-1} If the value is "4 - Summary(4)", grouping will be according to the Level 3 Summary - field of the Occupation Classification Code {PACS1-1}
