This option displays Changes made to the Academic Structure for Audit purposes.


The initial page lists progrms, field abbreviations and descriptions.  Report detail appears on subsequent pages.

Program 1 – 14, 20-23, 45, 70 or ALL (1 = block 1, etc.)

If Academic structure Non-Formal then:
Program 20, 21, 28 – 37, 45, 70 or ALL (30 = block 1, etc.)

If CAO Requisites then:
Program Number (95-99)

If Calculation Criteria then:
Program Number (38-42, 60) Or ALL (38 = block 1 etc.)

  • For program 1,2,3,4,5,12 and 13 report changes done on {SACADO-1}
  • For program 6,7,8,9 and 10 report changes done on {SACADO-10}.
  • For program 11 and 14 report changes done on  {SACADO-17}
  • For program 20 report changes done on {SACAD-2}.
  • For program 21 report changes done on {SACAD-3}.
  • For program 22 and 23 report changes done on {FSAM-4}.

For Academic Structure Non Formal all changes to the records of {SCOUR-1} provided that validation “AS” = (Y)es.  All changes to the Validations in option {SMNT-1}

For Validation Log all changes to the records of {SMNT-1b1}

For CAO Requisites all changes to the records of {SNAPPM-1}

For input Calculation Criteria all changes to the records of {SSTUDE-1},{SSTUDE-2},{SSTUDE-3},{SSTUDE-4},{SSTUDE-5},{SSTUDE-6},{SSTUDE-7}
