Salary Related Audit Trail {FPRNR1-27}


A comprehensive audit trail is kept of manual changes to salary-related information, which was made in the various options of the Personnel or Payroll Systems.  Apart from serving as a permanent record of such changes, the audit trail can assist in reconciling different pay runs.

The records in the audit trail may be removed with Clear Audit Trial {FPRM-22}. Changes made to information, which can have an influence on various aspects of a salary calculation or on the tax reports, are logged.

Changes to the following categories of information may be printed using this program:
